Tooling & Moulding

High-grade raw ABS plastic granules are melted and injected into custom steel moulds to form rugged, shockproof casing shells.

PCB & SMT Lines

High-speed surface mount technology (SMT) pick-and-place machinery mounts micro-components, drivers, and charging chips on PCBs.

Battery Integration

Lithium-ion cells are bundled into packs with customized protection boards (BMS) and soldered into housing structures.

QC & Packaging

Assembled units go through voltage surges, drop tests, and light projection checks before being boxed and warehouse-logged.

  • Yamaha SMT Pick & Place Lines High-speed machinery placing micro-resistors and controllers on driver circuit boards with micron accuracy.
  • Ultrasonic Welding Equipment Fusing plastic shells at molecular levels without glue, guaranteeing better dust and water ingress ratings.
